The Juneteenth Mural

The Juneteenth Mural Film was created as part of the Juneteenth Legacy Project. The film was created to document the legacy of African American Galveston artists creating artwork to help redefine the public's image and understanding of the meaning of Juneteenth. This documentary focuses on the famous Juneteenth mural that was painted at the location where General Order No. 3 was signed and published. The film was released on Juneteenth 2022. I used After Effects and Premiere to edit the film. I worked as the producer, director, editor, sound, and second camera.
